I have been using PinusFauna care extract to treat chafed skin areas of my “summer mange horse” for three years. Since I started using the watery wood extract, the skin areas have been healing fast and the itching has been alleviated.
Furthermore, I tried last year to rescue my fungus infested box tree by spraying it several times with PinusFloris plant care. The areas I sprayed intensively – 5 times a month – show hardly any fungus infestation this year. However, the other box tree that I sprayed only twice is now heavily infested again. I am going to try and treat it more intensively this year and hope to thus preserve my 100 metres of box trees.
According to various statements, there is no well-researched spray yet that reliably controls box tree fungus.

We saw the report on TV, in the ZDF Auslandsjournal (Foreign Affairs Journal). That was great promotion for the shampoo, indeed.
I tried this natural shampoo right away on one of our boarded mares. During changes of coat, she always had severe skin problems. Her entire back was full with scales, which just would not disappear however hard we tried.
The mare is 25 years old and up to now we haven’t found anything that helps against these scales.
But..... First all the scales disappeared from the back and then there was a shine on her coat. The horse looked like shimmering copper in the sun.
Absolutely brilliant.

holon - Netzwerk für Tierhomöopathie
In summer 2011, we tested the animal care product Pinus Fauna . The test was carried out via the holon Forum in cooperation with company Wilms.
In general, holon is not willing nor prepared to test industrial care products. We are making an exception here, because the product contains just one active agent - pine heartwood extract. That corresponds to the homeopathic approach.
Horse / Donkey
Sweet itch
The healing of wounds and skin irritations is accelerated by Pinus. It does not have an effect on the disease itself (which is hardly surprising, as sweet itch is not caused by pathogens).
Problems at the feathering (itching, scales, scabs)
In one case, where Pinus Fauna was sprayed once a day, the medical condition disappeared within three weeks. With mallenders there are diverse experiences, a very positive one as well as one without any improvement.
Lengthy sore patches from chafing
Very good experience when consistently applied every day. Patches heal completely, if the animal has no psychic reasons to chafe itself again and again (boredom, stress, box stabling etc.).
Biting lice
Biting lice in the spring could be drastically reduced by thoroughly spraying infested skin patches with Pinus Fauna. Brushes were also sprayed with Pinus after grooming and left in the sunshine for drying.
Protection from insects
Flying insects can be kept away by Pinus Fauna for a short while only. Pinus Gel on the wounds of grazing livestock protects very well against flies for some hours (and consequently maggots).
Climate in the stable
Some horse owners proceeded to spray Pinus Fauna in the stable in the summer after mucking out. The air is good, the number of flies is reduced temporarily and horses like going into the stable again.
Dog
Skin irritations of unclear origin: Pinus increased erythema and pruritus. Probably an allergic reaction.
Moist, itching patches in skin folds after bathing and slow drying. Patches heal with the help of Pinus, and are not newly formed, when Pinus is consistently applied after each bathing.
Chronic flews eczema
Cocker Spaniel with chronic flews eczema. Despite surgical tightening of chin and flews areas, food residues continued to stick to these areas and caused flews eczema within a couple of days, although the skin was thoroughly cleaned with water. So far, that always necessitated a treatment with antibiotics (approx. every 2 - 3 weeks). After a moderately successful attempt with calendula solution, we also tried Pinus and cleaned with it every day. The caring effect of Pinus seems to have a positive effect on the skin. Up to now, no further treatment with antibiotics has been necessary (follow-up period approximately 2.5 months).
Hotspot
Here, Pinus almost represents a revolution. Hotspots are deep, weeping, bacterial skin inflammations, which spread circularly. They are painful and highly itching. If sprayed with Pinus Fauna, they heal incredibly fast. Numerous treatments of a range of dogs clearly demonstrated that.
Ear infections (because of bacteria, mites, Malassezia)
Pinus is well suited to soothe the medical condition by cleaning with Pinus-soaked compresses. Naturally, Pinus cannot heal the cause of the disease (immunodeficiency, improper feeding practice).
Ticks
A dog, which had previously reacted with severe local inflammations and swellings. After removing more ticks, the spot was immediately sprayed with Pinus and the inflammations failed to materialize.
Cat
If there is an infestation with ear mites, Pinus just soothes the itching and helps clean the outer ear. For a healing process, a recovery of the immune system is needed. The same is true for Malassezia.
Pinus helps accelerate the healing of individual skin patches of cats, which are bald and sore through continuous licking. As the reason for licking is not due to infections (cats usually produce bald patches by licking because of stress) Pinus cannot heal the disease itself.
General
Pinus accelerates comfortable healing of small wounds and abrasions.
Pinus soothes acute trouble such as burning and itching in the event of local contact allergies.
Bruises caused by harness, leader headcollars etc. quickly heal with the help of Pinus.

Pinus Fauna Gel
There were two cases of donkeys, in which Pinus-Gel was applied in order to also soften the affected patches up a little. A tail root, chafed down to the raw flesh, healed completely after two applications of Pinus-Gel without any further treatment. A naturally opened abscess, which was not to dry but to stay dischargeable, healed without complications within a few days, after Pinus-Gel had been generously applied twice a day. Secretion could seep out , there was no closure through dried secretion and, above all, flies were kept away.
Our application recommendations
Pinus Fauna can heal bacterial skin infections. It accelerates healing of wounds. It soothes itching and burning.
However, Pinus cannot heal chronic diseases such as sweet itch, allergies, or psychic stress, as can no other externally applied care product. It helps, however, to alleviate troubles associates with these diseases.
As two cases of deterioration after the application of Pinus were reported, we recommend (as we do with every care product that is externally applied) using a small quantity of Pinus on a healthy skin patch and looking for erythema after a few hours.
Brushes and combs can be sprayed with Pinus after application and rough cleaning to keep them in a more hygienic status. They should, however, be dried fast and completely (sun, heat source).

Pinus Fauna - Care for humans and animals

Today, I would like to give you a short update on our application of the wonderful Pinus Fauna products. Regularly applying the products has proven extremely helpful in fighting my psoriasis. Vitamin E Gel and embrocations with Kiefern Gold stop itching as is otherwise done only by means of creams containing cortisone! It is absolutely amazing. The skin is less irritated and scaly patches heal better. Pinus Fauna products can be successfully applied in eye care for humans and animals, too. Irritated eyes get quickly bright and clear again, when a cotton wool pad soaked in Pinus Fauna Kiefern Gold is put on the eyes of humans or a cotton wool pad soaked with care spray is used for animals. Thus, the area around the eyes of our dogs is gently cared for.
Application of Pinus Fauna toothpaste for parodontitis
My chronic parodontitis is a very delicate issue and the mucosa reacts very sensitively to aggressive dental care products. Pinus Fauna dental care is completely different. It has very good cleaning effects. It tastes natural and not chemical as some of the other toothpastes. After brushing the teeth, the mouth mucosa is tightened and fresh, small irritations heal much faster. Using Kiefern Gold as a mouth rinse rounds off the daily care.
I am very satisfied with this result and will continue to report on our application of Pinus Fauna products.

As the year now ends, I am reviewing all the positive experience my husband and I had during 2011.
At the end of this year I am reviewing all positive things my husband and me experienced during the year.
There was our trip to Bad Essen in June/July, with all these beautiful private gardens we were allowed to enter. Finally, we joined the Garden Show at Ippenburg Castle. Due to my personal interest in natural products I visited your booth.
I got detailed information and I picked up some products, i.e. PinusVital Skin Gel with Vitamin E and PinusVital Liquid Care. We applied the gel at the same evening – my husband could not stir his feet anymore after this exhausting day. The holidays seemed to be determined for him. I took the gel and rubbed it onto his feet every hour. Already after one hour his feet were stimulated in a way that we could commence our adventure tour the next day.
My husband and me (We…) are strongly/deeply convinced of this product.
I have problems with mosquito bites. When I got a bite I sprayed the PinusVital Liquid Care onto the spot. You could watch how the wheal/swelling around the spot disappeared. The next day I could not see or feel it anymore. Since then I have a little sprayer in my bag during summer and autumn. Also this product has definitely convinced us .

And the experiments are going on:
1. Neurodermatitis
A sixteen year old acquaintance of mine suffered heavily from neurodermatitis, particularly on his hands. This youth was being treated by a doctor and was testing several prescribed ointments. In other words, he acted as a guinea pig for the pharmaceutical industry. So far, nothing had helped. I took the risk to convince him and his parents to immediately discontinue his treatment and immerse his hands in a hand bath of Pinus Vital twice a day every day, in the morning and evening. Four days later I saw the fantastic result myself: there were only large pinkish areas left. The wounds and all the scab had disappeared. The skin did not look as dried out as it used to. So, I advised the boy to take "Kiefern Gold" for internal use.
2. Hair
My hair is very fine. Just one or two days after washing it with conventional substances, it appears lifeless, no longer fragrant, straggly.
After I had changed to organic products, my hair saw a conspicuous improvement.
Today I am extremely satisfied with Pinus Shampoo: even after five days does my hair look fluffy and thick. It even keeps its shape overnight, so that I do not really have to blow-dry it into shape in the morning.
Wash – dry – ready. No styling with chemical substances.
It is not quite obvious why the price is fairly high, but the shampoo is very economical.
3. Vegetables in the fridge
A week ago I bought organically grown sweet peppers, carrots, fennel, kohlrabi, and broccoli. As I was not sure as to when I would use the vegetables I put them in the vegetable compartment of the fridge and generously sprayed them with Pinus Vital. It worked out alright, the vegetables are 90% fresh and I can prepare them tomorrow or the day after.
I cannot say if the vegetables have adopted the taste of Pinus Vital; anyway, I cannot smell anything anymore.

Currently, I find myself in an experimental phase and test Pinus Vital always and everywhere – always with notable success:
1. Facial skin
Mainstream medicine was not able to help me, when I was having problems with my coarse-pored combination skin (medical treatments which are based on treating symptoms quickly reach their limits). Just the very opposite: implausible diagnoses were made, so that I did not even consider treatment. Pinus Vital changed the skin appearance the very day I applied it for the first time. The skin became fine-pored, clearer and the feeling of continuous irritation decreased tremendously. Relatives of mine noticed the improvement; so they asked: How?
2. Bouquets / Cut flowers
are in vases filled with water blended with Pinus Vital. Life span and freshness have increased from approximately one week to three weeks on average.
3. Roses in the garden
The leaves had been eaten or were heavily perforated. Often, only the ‘skeleton’ of the leaf was hanging on the branch. After spraying undiluted Pinus Vital just once, the plant looked already strong and vigorous. What was left of the leaves has greatly increased its colour intensity. The foliage has become denser. Spraying once a week was enough; I have not sprayed at all for some time, but keep an eye on the bush.
3. Kitchen
Microorganisms usually turn an aluminium sink brown after a short while. So far I cleaned with vinegar-based cleaner or scouring milk. If sprayed occasionally with undiluted Pinus Vital as may be necessary, the sink remains clean and shining. Calcium residues are removed with vinegar and water in good time.
So far, I only knew vinegar-based cleaners as reasonably natural household cleaning agents. Now I use pine heartwood water in the first place. In doing so I tentatively reduce the application frequency, because the liquid has a sustainable effect. This saves me some time, which I can use better for my leisure.

At the Horse Fair in Fn my attention was drawn to Wilms’s Pinus Fauna care extract, and I have treated my allergic dog with it ever since. My German shepherd dog suffers from eczemas between the paw pads and is allergic to mites. I am very satisfied with the care extract, as significant improvements became evident within 24 hours after spraying.
